Taking a Break from Shoveling

It’s hard to show how much snow we got because of all the blowing and drifting that’s gone on, but according to various news sources, we got somewhere between 10 and 18 inches.

I woke up early this morning – around 3 or so – to the sound of tremendously powerful and loud gusts of wind. 

I love storms.

At this point – it’s a little after 2, eastern time, the snow is pretty much over.  It’s still windy, though, and is supposed to remain blustery for the next day or two.
