A Peek at My Day So Far

A clementine, for my Clementine-Almond Tart – a variation on the Orange-Almond Tart for French Fridays with Dorie. 

Yes, I’m a bit late with my post. 

But I’m multi-tasking!

Baklava, with about half an hour left to bake.  It smells SO good right now.  

Four loaves of potato bread rising on the counter.  I’ll bake them after I bake the tart crust.

All in all, a productive and satisfying day thus far.
