We were wondering when this tooth would finally depart Julia’s mouth. The main hope was that it wouldn’t happen while she was wearing her flower girl dress. Red wasn’t part of the color scheme that day.
Fortunately, the tooth was considerate and waited until today. In fact, Bill had to help it along a bit. Julia had been playing with it rather industriously, and it was a bit bloody and much looser, so Bill stepped in and took care of things.
And now, Julia alternates between feeling ten years older, and practicing her new lisp. She doesn’t actually have a lisp, but she is cultivating one.
