Julia wanted to do her nails in Christmas colors – red and green. Alternating – red, green, red green….
But I got involved and took it a step further.
First I did two coats of white, then cleaned up the edges (mostly) with a q-tip.
Then I used a thin brush to paint the trees. The green is a kind of shimmery shade, so it doesn’t show up all that dark. I probably could have darkened it with a second coat, but that might have messed up my trees.
Then I used the tip of a paper clip to add the little red dots. Some came out better than others.
‘Twas fun, no matter what.
Next time around we’re thinking dark blue background and snowflakes….
ohhhhh, or a silver background with blue snowflakes! :)

That's awesome!
Or silver and red...how often does she get to do this until Christmas? ;)

Itll depend on how quickly she wears off the current polish. Im figuring shell have new coats every 3 to 5 days.
