Not only is there mold migrating across the rinds…there is aroma!
I took this picture earlier today and then I took a healthy sniff of the air inside my little cheese cave…and it smelled like Camembert!
I was screechingly happy. Yes. Screechingly.
I am waiting for the lastest news on the Big Cheeeeeeese .. is the mould coming along nicely? When will they be ready for the big cutting-into ceremony?

The cheese has kind of stalled, actually. Im planning to spray it and flip it over today and hopefully it will get molding some more. Im also impatiently wanting to just cut into one of the smaller ones, fully-molded or not, just to see how the insides are looking. When I do, Ill certainly post about it!
